You know your customers. Your AI agent does the technical work.
To our knowledge, DW Alliance is the first AI-first business services company built for families. We built the platform so AI agents can use it easily, and that is what makes it fast and easy for you.
Build your dream website by telling your AI this:
Help me set up a new account and create a website using https://app.dwalliance.com. My email is changeme@example.com
Paste it into Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any AI agent that can follow our help and send web requests. Codes arrive in your email; give them to your agent when it asks.
What you bring, and what your agent does
Building and running a website used to mean learning hosting, files, domains, and DNS. With an AI agent, most of your time goes into what only your family knows:
- Who your customers are and what they want
- The questions they ask before they call or buy
- How your website should help them choose you
- Your photos, prices, hours, and the way you talk
Your agent takes it from there: it writes the pages, uploads the photos, updates the menu, sets DNS records, and keeps your customer records up to date, all through DW Alliance.

Why DW Alliance is easy for AI agents
An AI agent is an assistant that can do more than chat. It can make a plan, use tools such as web requests, check the results, and keep going until the job is done. We built every part of DW Alliance with that in mind.
Plain-language help, built in
Ask any part of the platform for help with a simple request, such as app.dwalliance.com/files/, and it answers with what it does, what to send, and an example. The agent reads it first.
A simple, documented API
Every request is one short JSON message to one web address. When a request is wrong, the answer shows what was sent and what was expected, so the agent can fix it on its own.
Ids you can act on
When something is created, the reply includes its id. The agent uses that id to read, update, or delete it later, or to link a note to a photo.
Codes by email
Brand codes, sign-in codes, and session ids are sent only to your email. Your agent gets them only when you hand them over.
Works with the AI agent you already use
Claude from Anthropic, Grok from xAI, ChatGPT from OpenAI, Gemini from Google, and others can all call tools. When the agent has web tools turned on, a tool call to DW Alliance is just a web request: the agent sends a short message to an address such as https://app.dwalliance.com/files/ and reads the reply.
- Understand the goal. “Add a page for our new service.”
- Read our help. The agent asks each part of the platform how it works before using it.
- Use the tools. It uploads files, updates pages, and sets records, one request at a time.
- Check the result. It reads the replies, opens the live page, and shows you the link.
DW Alliance works with any AI agent that can follow our help and use web tools. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, xAI, OpenAI, or Google. We don’t offer an MCP server or a plugin today; agents use our regular web API and its built-in help. Product names belong to their owners.
What DW Alliance does, and how your agent uses it
Web hosting
Your pages, photos, and styles are served from DW Alliance. A top-level index.html is your homepage, and one shared menu.json keeps the menu the same on every page. With your own domain, your site gets HTTPS.
Your agent: uploads pages as PUBLIC files with /files/ and updates menu.json when it adds a page.
Files
Upload and update pages, photos, PDFs, and more, up to about 10 MB each. PUBLIC files are on your website; PRIVATE files (the default) need a sign-in. When a file is changed or deleted, the earlier version is kept in our records.
Your agent: uses /files/ to create, update, read, search, and delete.
Your domain and DNS
Claim your domain and its www name, then point it here with our nameservers ns1, ns2, and ns3.dwalliance.com, or with A records at your current DNS host. You buy the domain from any registrar.
Your agent: uses /domain/ to claim it and /dns/ for records such as A, CNAME, MX, and TXT. Then you email us and we turn on hosting and HTTPS for the domain. That last step isn’t self-serve yet.
Customer records
Keep the people and companies you work with, how they’re connected, and your notes, with optional GPS for job sites and photos attached to notes.
Your agent: uses /crm/ for people and companies, /relation/ to link them, /notes/ for notes, and /note_files/ to attach files.
Suggest an edit early access
Signed in, you can draw on any page with a pen, arrow, box, or highlight, type what should change, and send it. It’s saved to your account as a private note with a screenshot. We’re trying it on our own site first; email us if you’d like it on yours.
Your agent: finds the request with /notes/, opens the screenshot through /note_files/ and /files/, then makes the change.
Sign-in
You create your account with your email and a 6-character code. To start working, the agent sends your email and brand code to /session/, and a session id arrives in your inbox.
Your agent: asks you for the session id, then includes it with each request.
An example: a new page for a roofing company
A roofer tells their agent: “Add a page for our new metal roofing service with these photos. Customers always ask about cost, noise in the rain, and the warranty.” Here is what the agent does through DW Alliance:
- Reads the help. It asks
app.dwalliance.com/files/how to upload and update files. - Asks you to sign in. It sends your email and brand code to
/session/. A session id arrives in your email, and you paste it to the agent. - Uploads the photos. It sizes them for the web and sends each one to
/files/as PUBLIC. Each reply has the photo’s id. - Writes the page. It drafts
metal-roofing.htmlin your site’s style, answering cost, noise, and warranty in your words, and uploads it. - Adds it to the menu. It updates
menu.json, so the new link shows on every page. - Checks and shows you. It opens the live page, checks the photos and links, and sends you the address to review. Want a change? Just say so.
Your part: a few sentences about the service, the photos, and a code from your email. The agent handles the rest.
More things families ask their agents
“Change our holiday hours on every page.”
The agent searches your files, updates each page with /files/, and checks the live site.
“Point our domain here.”
The agent claims it with /domain/, sets records with /dns/, and tells you to email us to turn on HTTPS.
“Add the Nakamuras and note today’s estimate.”
The agent adds the person and company with /crm/, links them with /relation/, and saves a note with /notes/.
Your family stays in control
- You sign in with codes sent to your email, and you decide when to share them with an agent.
- Your agent works only through our documented API, with the rights on your account.
- Each person sees only their own files and notes.
- Our own names, like
appandns1, are protected, and domains someone else holds are refused. - Earlier versions of changed files are kept in our records. If something goes wrong, email support@dwalliance.com.
Questions
Which AI agents work with DW Alliance?
Any AI agent that can follow our help and use web tools. The agent needs a tool that can send web requests, such as running code or a built-in web tool. Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, and Gemini all offer agents that can use tools like these.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know your customers and what you want your site to say. The agent does the technical work, and our Developers page is there if you’re curious.
Is there an MCP server or plugin?
Not today. Agents use our regular web API, and every part of it explains itself when asked.
Is it safe to give an agent my codes?
Share them only with an agent you trust, and only when it needs them. Codes always come to your email, never to the agent directly.
