A subscriber can come to your site select a subscription type, enter their delivery information and credit card, the subcriber will automatically be entered into your subscriber database. When the clients subscription is nearly finished the system will email them lettting them know that they need to renew their subscription or bill their credit card automatically. Your staff can quickly generate lists of present subscribers or even previous subscribers for delivery of your magazine or newspaper, or mix with billing, demographic and geographic data so that you or your advertisers can accuratedly target potential clients. Use this same subscriber database to also restrict access to all or just some of your articles if you use the DW Alliance Publisher. An advertiser can call you, email you or use an online form to purchase advertising in your published newspaper, magazine, website or directory. Sales people or other non-technical staff can easily post banners to your website using the DW Alliance Banner Manager. Create your own advanced yellow pages using the DW Alliance Directory, end-users, sales or other non-technical staff can easily post or update advertiser information into your well organized directory, charge clients based on where they are placed in the directory and the size of the advertisement they place. Easily export your online directory for print in physical media. To help your website build a loyal group of readers our Calendar and Bulletin Board systems allow your end-users and non-technical staff to post and manage classifieds and events of interest to your readers. To help your writers, editors and layout staff the DW Alliance publisher allows your writers to post into a safe area where your editors can review, reject and or alter the articles prior to publishing. Once all the articles for an issue have been completed the entire issue can be exported to a text/xml/html file that can be imported into a layout and design program such as InDesign, Adobe GoLive or QuarkExpress(other programs may also work fine). Editors can pre-post the articles to the website so that the articles will not appear on your website till your newspaper or magazine is in newstands or whenever you like. Editors can limit access to articles if desired, examples: a valid subscription is required, a purchase of an article or a free/valid registration is required. The publisher also allows you to easily syndicate your articles by javascript, rss or targetted email blasts.Email blasts are another way you can generate advertising revenue, web syndication helps you generate more hits to your site. The web polling/survey module will help you learn more about what your readers are thinking about. Our integrated and extremely accurate logging system makes it possible to see which articles and subjects are most popular with your readers, which will help you make better decisions about your publications content.
