DW Alliance Email Archive provides organizations and professionals with a email archive service as a monthy subscsription. There is no risk of losing your email archive. Archive your email only as long as needed. The archive of your mail is delivered to you archived on CD or DVD when you end the email archive service.
The DW Alliance Email Archive service archives email sent and recieved. DW Alliance Email Archiving does not require installed software on your desktops or your email server. The archiving service simply integrates through the internet. A small change to your domain name service (DNS) is all that is needed.
DW Alliance Email archiving provides many other benefits beyond just an email archive. In case of a failure of your email system, the email archive will retain all mail that is recieved during the failure. Once the failure is resolved, the email archive will resend all email recieved during the failure to your email system. This provides a disaster recovery that give your email administrator piece of mine.
